At Made By Riley, your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help. Our return and refund process is designed to be simple, transparent, and hassle-free.

1. Our 30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In their original condition
  • Returned with all original tags attached
  • Returned in the original packaging whenever possible

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, color, or item, simply return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order. This helps us process your request faster and ensures product availability.


2. How to Start a Return

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for the return

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we'll provide detailed return instructions, including the appropriate return address.


3. Return Shipping Costs

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we'll cover the return shipping cost.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos showing the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

Once approved, we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label whenever applicable.


Returns for Other Reasons

If you're returning an item because:

  • You changed your mind
  • The item doesn't fit
  • You ordered the wrong product

you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.


4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 5–10 business days for processing
  • Additional time depending on your bank or payment provider

5. Partial Refunds

In certain situations, a partial refund may be issued, including:

  • Items returned outside the 30-day return window
  • Items showing signs of wear, use, or damage
  • Items missing original tags or packaging
  • Items returned without prior authorization

If a partial refund is approved, we will notify you via email with an explanation.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Worn, washed, or altered products
  • Items missing original tags or packaging
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Promotional vouchers
  • Any item returned without prior approval

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled free of charge within 12 hours of being placed.

and include your order number.

After the 12-hour cancellation period, your order may already be in processing and can no longer be canceled. However, once delivered, you may still return eligible items under this policy.
